1. Scope of Services
OribaHub provides professional Virtual Assistance (VA) and Online Business Management (OBM) services, including administrative support, social media management, CRM setup, automation, website maintenance, AI-based research, and related digital services.
The specific scope of work will be defined in the service agreement or package selected by the client.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We understand the sensitivity of your business data.
Before beginning any project, OribaHub and its team members sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure complete confidentiality.
All client data, documents, credentials, and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
Information shared by clients will never be disclosed, sold, or shared with third parties.
Access to client accounts is limited only to assigned personnel for operational purposes.
Any data shared with OribaHub will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.
Any delay in communication, missing files, or incorrect data may affect delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all materials shared with OribaHub comply with copyright and data protection laws.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments for all services must be made in advance via PayPal or Razorpay.
Pricing for monthly, weekly, and hourly plans is listed on our website.
For custom projects, payment terms will be outlined in a written agreement.
Any transaction fees from payment gateways are borne by the client.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
Please review it before purchasing any plan or service.
6. Service Timelines
Our virtual assistants work 5 days a week with 2 weekly offs, as outlined in your selected plan.
Work hours and availability depend on the chosen package (monthly, weekly, or hourly).
We strive to deliver services within agreed timelines, but OribaHub will not be liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, technical issues, or incomplete client inputs.
7. Communication
All official communication should be conducted through authorized OribaHub channels, including:

We are not responsible for any commitments or agreements made outside these official channels.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, reports, and deliverables created by OribaHub for the client belong to the client upon full payment.
However, OribaHub retains the right to use non-sensitive, anonymised samples for portfolio or marketing purposes with client consent.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.
In cases of misconduct, unethical behavior, or non-payment, OribaHub reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take every measure to ensure data safety and accurate delivery, OribaHub shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from third-party tools or external system failures.
Client misuse of shared data or deliverables.
11. Updates to These Terms
OribaHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
